Anthropic’s Claude AI is getting smarter, now automatically remembering details from past conversations to deliver more personalized and relevant responses. This new memory feature, initially available to Team and Enterprise subscribers, allows Claude to seamlessly incorporate user preferences, project context, and priorities into ongoing dialogues without explicit prompting. Users retain control, with the ability to review and modify Claude’s stored memory within their settings. The move follows similar initiatives from OpenAI and Google, who have also integrated cross-chat memory capabilities into their AI chatbots. In addition to enhanced memory, Anthropic is introducing ‘incognito chats’ for all Claude users, guaranteeing that these conversations remain private and are not retained for future interactions. This follows the release of similar privacy-focused features like Google’s Private Chats for Gemini, signaling a growing emphasis on user privacy and personalization in the AI landscape.
