HTC is making a bold move into the burgeoning AI-powered smart glasses market with the launch of its Vive Eagle device. Currently available in Taiwan, these sleek glasses boast a 12MP ultrawide camera, integrated speakers, and the company’s proprietary Vive AI voice assistant. A key feature is AI-powered image translation, allowing wearers to instantly translate text and objects they see into 13 different languages. Beyond translation, the Vive Eagle also enables users to record reminders, receive restaurant recommendations, and take notes, all hands-free. Weighing in at just 49 grams, the Vive Eagle smart glasses are priced at approximately $520 USD.
