Samsung is entering a new era of color accuracy with the release of its first Micro RGB TV. This 115-inch display, initially launching in South Korea with a price tag exceeding $32,000, leverages innovative backlight technology to deliver enhanced color fidelity and contrast. At its core are individually controlled red, green, and blue LEDs, each smaller than 100 micrometers. Powering the visual experience is the Micro RGB AI engine, which dynamically analyzes frames to optimize color output in real-time, resulting in a remarkably lifelike picture. Samsung positions this technology as a cost-effective alternative to traditional MicroLED displays. Beyond color, the TV boasts a smooth 144Hz variable refresh rate, AI-powered upscaling capabilities, HDR10+ support, and a robust 70-watt audio system, promising a fully immersive entertainment experience.
