Nvidia has officially retired its GeForce Control Panel app, a tool that has been a staple for Windows users for over 20 years.

The company announced its plans to replace the Control Panel app with a new Nvidia app over two years ago, and has since been working to transition its features to the new client.

With the latest update to the Nvidia App, all supported Nvidia Control Panel features for GeForce users have been modernized and moved to the new platform.

According to Nvidia, the classic Control Panel is now officially retired for Game Ready and Studio Drivers, although it will continue to be available for Nvidia RTX PRO users.
