WordPress has introduced a groundbreaking AI assistant, set to revolutionize the website editing process. As of Tuesday, users can utilize this innovative tool within the platform’s site editor and media library to optimize their workflow.

The AI assistant is seamlessly integrated into a convenient sidebar, enabling users to input prompts for a range of tasks, including editing and translating text, generating and editing images, and making site adjustments such as creating new pages or modifying fonts.

Furthermore, the AI can be interacted with through the block notes feature, which was introduced in WordPress’ 6.9 update in December. By tagging the AI assistant with ‘@ai’ in block notes, users can provide it with instructions, thereby enhancing the editing experience and streamlining their creative process.
