This is then followed by leveraging AI tools to review and edit their work, essentially seeking the AI’s verdict on whether their writing passes the ‘humanity test’.

This phenomenon underscores the complexities and challenges inherent in distinguishing between human and artificial writing. It also reveals the unintended consequences of relying heavily on AI detection tools to assess the authenticity of written work, prompting a reevaluation of what it means to write with authenticity in the digital era.
