A Social Security Administration (SSA) initiative to train employees on a new AI chatbot has come under scrutiny following the release of an animated training video. The video omits a critical piece of information: the chatbot’s limitations regarding the secure handling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Experts are voicing concerns that this omission could lead to employees inadvertently exposing sensitive data, increasing the risk of data breaches and compromising the privacy of individuals who rely on Social Security.
