Samsung is pushing the boundaries of its AI capabilities by integrating Perplexity into its Galaxy AI ecosystem. This innovation enables Galaxy S26 users to effortlessly access Perplexity by simply saying ‘hey, Plex’, in addition to summoning other AI agents like Bixby or Gemini.

The integration of Perplexity is a key component of Samsung’s vision for a ‘multi-agent ecosystem’, where users can harness the strengths of different AI agents for various tasks. By opening up the ability to integrate different agents into the OS, Samsung is providing users with a more flexible and personalized AI experience.

Perplexity will have access to a range of Samsung apps, including Notes, Clock, Gallery, Reminder, and Calendar, allowing for a more seamless and intuitive user experience. This integration goes beyond a simple app-like experience, enabling users to quickly get answers to questions and more.
