Google is streamlining AI video production with the launch of Flow, a user-friendly tool designed to help creators quickly visualize their concepts. Unveiled alongside the advanced Veo 3 video generation model and the enhanced Imagen 4, Flow allows users to generate short, eight-second AI video clips using either text-to-video prompts or by incorporating image-based ingredients. Users can then seamlessly combine these clips using Flow’s integrated scenebuilder tools.

Veo 3 brings improved quality, intuitive prompting, and the capability to generate both video and synchronized sound, including realistic dialogue. Future iterations of Veo 2 are slated to include functionalities like camera control and object removal. Imagen 4, Google’s latest image generation model, promises significantly improved image fidelity and now has the ability to render clear and legible text within images.

Flow is currently accessible in the United States exclusively for subscribers to Google’s new Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra subscription tiers.
