Google’s Gmail is getting smarter with a new AI-powered feature called “Help me schedule.” Leveraging Gemini AI, the tool analyzes your emails and Google Calendar to intelligently suggest optimal meeting times. When it detects a scheduling request in your email, it proposes available slots directly within the message. Recipients can then choose a preferred time, triggering the automatic creation of a Google Calendar invite. This feature is currently accessible to Google Workspace customers and those with Google AI Pro or Ultra subscriptions, and it presently supports scheduling meetings involving two participants.
