Google Workspace is getting a significant boost from Gemini AI, with new features designed to streamline document workflows. Gemini will now automatically summarize PDFs and Google Forms, saving users valuable time and effort. Imagine instantly grasping the core takeaways from lengthy PDFs with AI-generated summaries and context-aware action suggestions, such as crafting proposals directly from the document. Google Forms will also leverage Gemini to analyze short-answer and paragraph responses, surfacing key trends and insights. Beyond summarization, a “help me create” function will use AI to generate entire forms from descriptions and supporting documents, making form creation faster and easier than ever. The rollout of these features in multiple languages is slated for June and July, impacting Workspace users globally.
