Dubai’s Museum of the Future to Host ‘Machines Can See 2025’ AI Investment Summit

Dubai is solidifying its position as a global AI epicenter with the ‘Machines Can See 2025’ summit, held at the futuristic Museum of the Future on April 23-24. Organized by Polynome Group, a leader in machine vision, AI, robotics, and industrial design, this third annual event within Dubai AI Week connects investors, business leaders, and policymakers for an immersive exploration of AI’s practical applications, particularly in computer vision.

“We are defining how AI shapes the world,” stated Alexander Khanin, head of Polynome Group, underscoring the summit’s ambitious goals. Government officials from the UAE like H.E. Omar Sultan Al Olama and H.E. Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori will be in attendance.

X (formerly Twitter) is the official streaming partner, offering “X and AI” workshops. These workshops will demonstrate integration of streaming tech and AI, highlighting GRok X capabilities through interactive demos focused on AI-powered delivery, analysis, and optimization.

The summit leverages the UAE’s thriving AI market, anticipated to reach $8.4 billion in the next two years. ‘Machines Can See’ aims to bridge the gap between AI startups, established corporations, and government, fostering investment and expansion. The event features a speaker roster including Namik Hrle (IBM), Michael Bronstein (DeepMind/Oxford University), Marc Pollefeys (ETH Zurich), Gerard Medioni (Amazon Prime Video & Studio), and Deva Ramanan (Carnegie Mellon University). A ministerial session will feature representatives from Malaysia (Gobind Singh Deo), Kazakhstan (H.E. Zhaslan Madiyev), and the UAE (H.E. Omar Sultan Al Olama), discussing national IT strategies.
