Console, a startup focused on automating IT tasks using artificial intelligence, has announced a $6.2 million seed funding round led by Thrive Capital. The funding will be used to further develop Console’s platform, which aims to alleviate the burden of mundane and repetitive tasks from IT help desks, enabling them to concentrate on higher-value, strategic initiatives.
