Overcoming this paradox requires a paradigm shift towards industry-wide standards where disclosing safety protocols becomes an integral part of product launches. Encouraging a culture where every engineer is accountable for safety, rather than relying solely on dedicated safety teams, is also critical. The ultimate objective should be responsible AI development, ensuring that ambition and rigorous safety measures advance in tandem to safeguard the future.
