Spotify Premium users are gaining more control over their personalized music experience. The platform has rolled out voice command functionality for its AI DJ feature. By simply holding down the ‘DJ’ button, users can now verbally instruct the AI DJ to play music by specific artists, genres, or match a particular mood. Users can also give vibe-based text prompts to the AI DJ and have it generate a custom playlist. While this new feature offers a way for users to influence the AI DJ’s selections, it currently stands as the sole mechanism for user input on track selection.
