A major redesign of Siri is on the horizon, and it’s expected to arrive with the release of iOS 27. Recent renders from Bloomberg provide a glimpse into the future of Apple’s virtual assistant, showcasing a new interface that bears a striking resemblance to ChatGPT, with a touch of Liquid Glass.
The renders, based on information obtained by Bloomberg and confirmed by individuals familiar with Apple’s plans, offer a preview of the revamped Siri app and chat interface. Although these images are subject to change, they provide an exciting glimpse into what’s to come. As noted by Mark Gurman, Apple is likely to unveil the final designs at the upcoming WWDC in June.
The images depict a pill-shaped Siri chat bubble emerging from the Dynamic Island, accompanied by a drop-down menu featuring options for Ask, Siri, and ChatGPT. According to Gurman, users will have the ability to open the chat interface and engage with Siri in a more intuitive and conversational manner.
