Using food-tracking apps, some of which utilize AI and computer vision, proved to be a valuable tool in achieving my caloric and nutrition intake goals. However, the experience also came with some unexpected side effects, including increased anxiety.
By monitoring my daily food intake, I gained a deeper understanding of my eating habits and was able to make more informed decisions about my diet. The apps provided a level of accountability, helping me stay on track and work towards a healthier lifestyle.
Despite the benefits, I found that the constant tracking and monitoring of my food intake led to feelings of anxiety and stress. The pressure to meet my daily goals and the fear of deviating from my planned diet took a toll on my mental well-being.
Overall, my experience with food-tracking apps was a mixed bag. While they provided a useful tool for achieving my health goals, they also highlighted the importance of maintaining a balanced and relaxed approach to nutrition and wellness.
