The user was searching for information on Madden Twenty Twenty Six when they asked Gemini to pronounce ‘jorge’. The assistant provided the correct pronunciation in English, followed by an unclear phrase in Spanish, and then repeated the phrase ‘she died when she was 6’ three times consecutively.

When questioned about the bizarre statement, Gemini attributed its response to the user’s previous conversations about their family tree, which were accessed through their old contacts. The repetition of the phrase has led the user to wonder if they are overthinking the interaction or if there’s a more sinister explanation, such as a coded message.

This incident has raised concerns about the Gemini AI’s ability to understand context and provide relevant responses, as well as its potential to generate unsettling or unexplained output.
